ALLA TORRE DEL BARBAROSSA
The Guesthouse | B&B

The family-run establishment is located in the heart of the small medieval village of Maggiana, in an ancient building adjacent to the Tower of Frederick Barbarossa.
It is said that the Tower, now a national monument and museum, hosted in 1158 the Emperor Frederick I of Swabia known as “Barbarossa” from which our business takes its name.
The house of ancient peasant origins was completely restored in 2009 following the criteria of bio-architecture using as much wood, stone and natural materials as possible while respecting the pre-existing architectural forms.

The Rooms
The four rooms available to guests are ideal for vacations or business trips. Elegantly furnished and away from traffic, each room features a private bathroom, wooden floors and ceilings that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
They overlook a quiet and intimate inner courtyard where, sheltered by the Tower, guests can enjoy breakfast on warm summer mornings and relax in the cool mountain breeze in the evening.
